What is Sunstorm & Co?
Sunstorm & Co is the family brand that brings together Sunstorm Home, Sunstorm Business and the service brands. Sunstorm Energy is our solar and battery storage brand.
Where do you work?
Sunstorm is based in Orlando and serves Central Florida. Contact the team with your property location to discuss the particular service and project scope.
Can I discuss several services at once?
Yes. You can start with more than one concern. Mention the services you are considering and any work already planned for the property.
Do I need to choose equipment before I contact you?
No. Start with your property and what you notice. Each service page includes useful details to bring to a first conversation.
How do I get a price or timeline?
Use the contact guide to reach the team. A specific price and timeline depend on the proposed work. Confirm the scope and applicable terms in writing before proceeding.
Can I get help with something I already own?

Is Water available for businesses as well as homes?
Yes. Sunstorm Water inquiries are welcome for both homes and businesses. Describe how the property uses water so the conversation starts with your actual needs.
Do I need to know which system I want?
No. Start with your water source and what you notice. You can also explore the existing Sunstorm Water website for current equipment information.
Will one system address every water concern?
The right approach depends on the water and the intended use. Ask which concerns a proposed system addresses, what evidence supports that recommendation and what maintenance it needs.

Insulation
Can I ask about insulation for a business property?
Yes. Insulation is part of the Sunstorm offering for homes and businesses. Share the property location and use when you get in touch.
Should I choose insulation or a new AC first?
Start by describing the comfort problem and the existing setup. Air conditioning and insulation address different parts of the building; the discussion can include both before you decide on a scope.
Is spray foam right for every attic?
Ask about the fit for your particular building, the proposed material and how the work affects the existing attic or roof assembly. A general description online cannot establish the right scope for your property.
Can you quote from a few photos?
Photos can help start the conversation. Ask the team what property information or site review is needed before a specific scope and price can be confirmed.

Do you offer Air for both homes and businesses?
Yes. Sunstorm Air is available for both home and business inquiries. The property and the way you use it determine the next conversation.
Can I ask about cooling one room?
Yes. Describe the room and its current setup. Ductless mini-splits are one of the options to discuss, alongside the rest of the property’s cooling needs.
Do I need to know the equipment size?
No. Share what you know about the building and current system. Ask what information is needed to recommend an appropriate setup.
Can I use this website for an urgent repair?

Will solar automatically keep my power on in an outage?
Discuss backup explicitly when reviewing a proposal. Ask how the specific solar and battery configuration would operate during an outage and which loads it is designed to support.
Can I get an exact savings estimate from this page?
No. A useful estimate needs your electricity use and a proposed system. Review the assumptions, utility treatment, price and any payment terms with the team.
